Stay safe

Never heat your home with a gas oven or stove, a grill, or a generator indoors. These make carbon monoxide (CO), which has no smell and can kill.
Headache, dizziness, or upset stomach in several people at once, or a CO alarm: go outside, then call 911.
Space heaters: keep 3 feet from anything that burns, plug straight into the wall, and turn off when you sleep or leave.
Warm one small room, close the doors, block drafts with towels, and wear layers and a hat.
Eat, drink warm non-alcoholic drinks, and check on neighbors.
Call 911 for confusion, slurred speech, or very drowsy people. These are signs of hypothermia.
